Spokane-area law enforcement arrested the man who allegedly robbed three banks in King County, including one in Redmond, back in September.
Tyrone Threlkeld of Wenatchee was arrested Oct. 29 and booked into King County Jail yesterday. He faces charges of second-degree robbery and his arraignment is set for Thursday, according to the King County Prosecutor’s Office.
Threlkeld entered the Key Bank Branch at 16401 Redmond Way at 2:53 p.m. on Sept. 27 and handed a note to the teller, requesting money.
Authorities believe Threlkeld was also responsible for bank robberies in Renton Sept. 25 and in Covington Sept. 15.
