<p>Tuesday, May 15<br />
Theft: A woman guest at a hotel in the 15700 block of Bear Creek Parkway left her purse and laptop in the hallway outside of her room for about 30 minutes. When she returned at around 10 p.m., the purse and laptop were gone.<br />
Cashed out: Redmond police received a report at 12:53 p.m. that cash from a self check-out station at the Fred Meyer in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street was stolen.<br />
Trespass: At 9:20 a.m., a 20-year-old man was arrested for trespassing inside vacant units in the 18100 block of Northeast 95th Street.</p>
<p>Monday, May 14<br />
Assault: Redmond police responded to two reports of assault. The first came at 2:47 p.m. from the 8000 block of 149th Place Northeast in Grass Lawn and officers arrested a woman. The second came at 8:38 p.m. from the 16100 block of Northeast 93rd Way in Education Hill. A woman reported a domestic dispute between her and her husband.<br />
Vehicle prowls: There were two reports of vehicle prowls. The first came from downtown at 6:48 a.m. The victim reported that unknown suspect(s) smashed his front passenger side window to his vehicle while it was parked in a hotel parking lot. Nothing appeared to be missing. There were no suspects or witnesses and no other vehicles damaged in the area. The second report came at 8:08 p.m. on Education Hill. Nothing was taken from inside the vehicle but the glove box was opened and contents emptied.<br />
Harassment: At 4:41 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report of telephone harassment at a business in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown.</p>

<p>Friday, May 11<br />
Suspicious activity: At 12:42 a.m., Redmond police responded to a reported suspicious activity in the 18200 block of Northeast 95th Way of Education Hill.</p>
<p>Thursday, May 10<br />
Shoplifting: A male suspect attempted to leave a grocery store in the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast of Education Hill with several bottles of champagne that he did not pay for at 10:49 p.m. Store employees recovered the merchandise and the suspect fled.<br />
Missing person: An adult male resident of a mental health facility in the 8700 block of 166th Avenue Northeast of Education Hill was reported missing at 6:59 p.m.<br />
Trespass: At 12:44 p.m., Redmond police responded to an unwanted person at a business in the 2100 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast in Overlake.<br />
Theft: Redmond police respond to a report of a theft at 8:47 a.m. from an apartment complex in the 7400 block of 159th Place Northeast downtown.</p>
<p>Wednesday, May 9<br />
Theft: At 10:55 p.m., Redmond police investigated a theft of an iPhone stolen at an athletic club in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast downtown.<br />
Shoplift: Redmond police responded to a shoplift in progress at 10:10 p.m. in the 14800 block of Northeast 24th Street in Overlake. The victim could not say for certain if anything was taken.<br />
Assault: Redmond police responded to a residence in the 17400 block of Northeast 31st Court in Overlake at 8:23 p.m. for a physical domestic violence altercation. An 18-year-old male was arrested for assaulting his 17-year-old brother. At 9:38 a.m., police investigated an assault of an elementary student by an adult on a school bus at Northeast 90th Street and 161st Avenue Northeast of Education Hill.<br />
Drug fraud: A female in the 8100 block of 166th Avenue Northeast of Education Hill was arrested for calling in fraudulent prescriptions for narcotics for personal use at 9:24 a.m.</p>
<p>Tuesday, May 8<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to two reports of shoplifting. At 7:55 p.m., officers investigated a shoplift incident that took place at a store in the 2200 block of 148the Avenue Northeast. At 7:22 p.m., Redmond police responded to a shoplift in the 17200 block of Redmond Way of downtown.<br />
Assault: A Redmond man in the 15100 block of Northeast 82nd Street of Grass Lawn was arrested for assault at 5:34 p.m.<br />
Car prowl: Redmond police investigated a car prowl at 9:04 a.m. at a business in the 11400 block of 139th Place Northeast of Grass Lawn.<br />
Possession: At 1:47 a.m., a woman in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.</p>

<p>Tuesday, May 8<br />
Possession: At 1:47 a.m., a woman in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.</p>
<p>Monday, May 7<br />
Assault: Redmond police investigated a report of a domestic disturbance at 6:56 p.m. between juvenile sisters at a residence in the 8500 block of 173rd Avenue Northeast in Education Hill.<br />
Car prowl: Officers responded to a report of a car prowl at 4:10 p.m. in the 15400 block of Bel-Red Road in Overlake. A laptop and a jacket were taken from the vehicle.<br />
Malicious mischief: Redmond police investigated a report of malicious mischief at 2:02 p.m. in the 14500 block of Northeast 87th Street of Grass Lawn.<br />
Theft: At 10:18 a.m., Redmond police responded to a report of a theft at a business in the 3900 block of 159th Avenue Northeast in Overlake.</p>
<p>Sunday, May 6<br />
Theft: Redmond police investigated an attempted theft of a bike at Northeast 74th Street and 164th Avenue Northeast in Redmond Town Center at 5:59 p.m. The suspects were scared off before the crime was completed. Further investigation is pending.<br />
Fraud: A Redmond resident in the 6500 block of 140th Place Northeast in Grass Lawn called the police to report a credit card fraud at 1:55 p.m.<br />
Burglary: Redmond police were contacted at 12:02 p.m. regarding a burglary at an apartment complex in the 15800 block of Bear Creek Parkway downtown. Several small electronics and jewelry were taken. There is no suspect information.</p>
<p>Saturday, May 5<br />
Resisting arrest: Redmond police arrested a man at 5:01 p.m. for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest during an assault investigation in the 16200 block of Northeast 83rd Street downtown.<br />
Assault: At 2:59 p.m., Redmond police investigated a fight between two juvenile brothers in the 8400 block of 161st Avenue Northeast downtown. No arrests were made.<br />
Burglary: Redmond police responded to an apartment complex in the 15700 block of Bear Creek Parkway downtown at 10:30 a.m. in reference to a burglary of a storage facility. There is no suspect information at this time.<br />
DUI: A male was arrested for driving under the influence at 2:25 a.m. after committing several traffic violations at Northeast 70th Street and Redmond Way downtown.<br />
Reckless Driving: At 1:18 a.m., Redmond police arrested a man for reckless driving at Northeast 8th Street and 148th Avenue Northeast.</p>
<p>Friday, May 4<br />
Email harassment: Redmond police investigated a report of threats via email at 6:52 p.m. in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street downtown. No crime was found to be committed.<br />
Marijuana: An adult was found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia at 1:16 p.m. at a school in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street on Education Hill.</p>
<p>Thursday, May 3<br />
Missing Person: At 10:09 p.m., an individual in the 15900 block of Northeast 85th Street on Education Hill reported that their family member, a mentally ill transient, was missing.<br />
Theft: At 2:34 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report of theft of motor vehicle parts at an apartment complex in the 9800 block of Avondale Road on Education Hill.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police received a report for shoplifting in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street downtown at 1:47 p.m.</p>

<p>Wednesday, May 2<br />
Possession: At 11:51 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report of marijuana odor coming from a hotel room in the 7400 block of 164th Avenue Northeast downtown. One subject was arrested and a search warrant is being obtained for items seized.<br />
Bicycle theft: At 4:40 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report of a bicycle theft in the 8000 block of 132nd Avenue Northeast in the Grass Lawn neighborhood.<br />
Theft: At 3:38 p.m., unknown suspects entered a storage area in the 12300 block of Red-Wood Road in Education Hill and stole cleaning supplies for a swimming pool.<br />
Burglaries: Redmond police took three reports of burglaries or burglary attempts. The first came at 2:25 p.m. in the 8400 block of 134th Avenue Northeast in Grass Lawn. The second report came at 3:12 p.m. in the 16400 block of Northeast 104th Street in Education Hill. Police also investigated an attempted burglary attempt in the 8000 block of 132nd Avenue Northeast of Grass Lawn at 3:22 p.m.<br />
Marijuana: At 1:58 a.m., Redmond police investigated a suspicious vehicle in an apartment parking lot in the 15700 block of Bear Creek Parkway in downtown. Subjects were found to be consuming marijuana.</p>
<p>Tuesday, May 1<br />
Burglary: At 8:52 p.m., Redmond police investigated a residential burglary in the 13700 block of Northeast 74th Street in Grass Lawn where the front door was forced open. Several pieces of jewelry and numerous collectable knives were taken. There is no suspect information at this time.<br />
Criminal Impersonation: Redmond police arrested a female suspect at 2:09 p.m. for using fake names at a hospital in the 18100 block of Union Hill Road downtown to receive treatment and medication.<br />
Theft: At 8:53 a.m., Redmond police responded to a theft of four tires that were removed from a vehicle parked in an apartment complex parking lot in the 18600 block of Northeast 59th Court downtown.<br />
Suspicious Circumstance: At 8:28 a.m., a suspect used an apparent fraudulent gift card to buy a large amount of additional gift cards in the 7500 block of 166th Avenue Northeast downtown. The investigation is ongoing.</p>

<p>Monday, April 30<br />
Vehicle prowl: At 8:31 p.m., Redmond police took a car prowl report in the 6200 block of 188th Lane Northeast downtown. There is no suspect information.<br />
Shoplifting: At 8:15 p.m., Redmond police investigated a theft that occurred at a restaurant in the 7200 block of 164th Avenue Northeast. The suspect can be identified.<br />
Mail theft: At 8:51 a.m., mail was reported stolen from a business in the 8500 block of 192 Avenue Northeast downtown within the past month. An outside agency has identified the suspects and assumed the investigation.<br />
Theft of vehicle parts: At 6:58 a.m., it was reported that unknown suspects removed four tires off a vehicle that was parked in an apartment complex in the 17300 block of Northeast 85th Place in Education Hill.</p>
<p>Sunday, April 29<br />
Shoplift: At 6:329 p.m., Redmond police responded to a reported shoplift at a retail business in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street downtown.<br />
Assault: At 5:24 p.m., Redmond police responded to a reported assault in the 16100 block of Northeast 83rd Street downtown and arrested and booked a juvenile suspect.<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to a theft report at 2:49 p.m. in the 17200 block of Redmond Way. There are no suspects.</p>
<p>Saturday, April 28<br />
Possession: At 11:07 p.m., Redmond police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Northeast 85th Street and 164th Avenue Northeast downtown. A small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was located inside the vehicle.<br />
Burglary: At 8:51 p.m., Redmond police investigated a residential burglary in the 8000 block of 138th Avenue Northeast in Grass Lawn.<br />
Car prowls: At 1:27 p.m., a digital camera and sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the victim&#8217;s driveway in the 14000 block of Northeast 63rd Court in Grass Lawn.<br />
Fraud: At 10:37 a.m., Redmond police responded to a reported fraud that occurred to a resident in the 3800 block of 175th Avenue Northeast.</p>
<p>Friday, April 27<br />
Marijuana: At 11 p.m., Redmond police conducted a drugs investigation in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street in Education Hill.<br />
Vehicle prowl: At 7:26 p.m., Redmond police responded to a vehicle prowl in the 4000 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway in Overlake.<br />
Theft: At 7:01 p.m., Redmond police investigated the theft of several checks from a residence in the 16000 block of Northeast 95th Court. Suspect information was provided.<br />
Graffiti: At 9:40 a.m., Redmond police were contacted regarding some graffiti that was found in the 7400 block of 164th Avenue Northeast downtown. There was no suspect information.<br />
DUI: At 1:50 a.m., Redmond police arrested a local resident for driving under the influence in the 14800 block of State Route 520.</p>
<p>Thursday, April 26<br />
Criminal Traffic: At 10:46 p.m., Redmond police seized two license plates from a vehicle following a traffic stop at the westbound SR-520 bypass to the Northeast 51st Street offramp. A check showed that the vehicle&#8217;s registration was canceled. The driver was not cited.<br />
Malicious mischief: At 1:48 p.m., Redmond police took a report of malicious mischief of a vehicle at a residence in the 2800 block of 179th Avenue Northeast of Overlake.<br />
Assault: At 8:18 a.m., Redmond police arrested a male subject for assault at a residence in the 7600 block of 139th Place Northeast of Grass Lawn.</p>

Disputes: At 7:41 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report of a neighbor dispute at an apartment complex in the 3900 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway. At 5:18 p.m., police investigated a citizen dispute in the 4000 block of 173rd Court Northeast.<br />
You&#8217;ve got no mail: At 4:30 p.m., Redmond police investigated a package containing medication, which was taken from a porch of a residence in the 14500 block of Northeast 66th Court in Grass Lawn.<br />
Drug possession: At 10:10 a.m. a student was found to have drug paraphernalia at a school in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street in Education Hill.</p>
<p>Tuesday, April 24<br />
Assault: At 11:45 p.m., Redmond police arrested a resident in the 2000 block of 173rd Avenue Northeast of Overlake for domestic violence assault in the fourth degree.<br />
Suspicious circumstances: At 7:33 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report from the 10300 block of 155th Place Northeast of Education Hill of suspicious text messages sent to the petitioner in a court order. Thefts: Redmond police responded to four theft reports. The first came at 9:48 a.m. Police arrested a male for theft from a retail store in the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast in Education Hill. The second report came at 1:34 p.m. in the Grass Lawn neighborhood. The final two reports came from Overlake. At 2:47 p.m., officers responded to a report of a vehicle license plate theft. At 2:53 p.m., Redmond police took a report of a theft at a bar in the 14800 block of Northeast 24th Street.<br />
Graffiti: At 1:30 a.m., Redmond police responded to a reported graffiti on the sidewalk in the 15600 block of Northeast 85th Street of Education Hill.</p>
<p>Sunday, April 22<br />
Fire: At 10:34 p.m., Redmond police responded to a reported dumpster on fire in the 18100 block of Northeast 95th Street of Education Hill.<br />
Suspicious Circumstance: At 7:07 p.m., Redmond police responded to report of a possible pipe bomb in the 7100 block of 137th Avenue Northeast. A 2-by-10-inch piece of galvanized pipe had caps on both ends making it appear as a possible pipe bomb. The pipe was found to be empty inside by bomb experts.<br />
Thefts: Redmond police responded to three theft reports, one in Grass Lawn and two in Education Hill. Among the items reported stolen were a Mercury 6HP outboard motor, which was stolen off a victim&#8217;s boat while it was parked near his business, and a scooter. There is no suspect information for any of the thefts.</p>
<p>Saturday, April 21<br />
Shoplifting: At 5:48 p.m., Redmond police responded to a shoplift report at a business in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street downtown. The suspect was arrested.<br />
Vandalism: At 8:48 a.m., Redmond police located a broken window at a vacant building in the 2700 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast of Overlake. There is no suspect information. </p>
<p>Friday, April 20<br />
Marijuana possession: At 11:39 p.m., a man was found in possession of marijuana while officers were assisting him with his disabled vehicle at Willows Road and Redmond Way downtown.<br />
Theft: At 7:57 p.m., a Redmond-area woman in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road downtown was investigated for theft from a department store and will be charged with theft in the third degree.<br />
Identity Theft: At 5:39 p.m., a resident in the 13400 block of Northeast 111th Court reported that unknown person(s) made fraudulent withdrawals on her bank account from California.<br />
Fraud: At 10:44 a.m., a complainant in the 2400 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway reported that fraud activity had occurred involving their home-based computer consulting business. Numerous fraudulent business checks were cashed in several states and in Canada.<br />
Possession: At 12:21 a.m., Redmond police conducted a narcotics investigation during the course of a traffic stop in the 11500 block of Avondale Road on Education Hill. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p>Thursday, April 19<br />
Theft of vehicle parts: At 2:45 p.m., Redmond police investigated the theft of four rims from a vehicle parked at an apartment complex in the 9300 block of Avondale Road in Education Hill. No suspect information is available at this time.<br />
Forgery: At 1:33 p.m., Redmond police responded to a reported fraud that occurred at a business in the 4100 block of 148 Avenue Northeast.<br />
Vehicle prowl: At 8:33 a.m., a victim in the 7000 block of 155th Place Northeast reported their vehicle was prowled (window smash) sometime the night before and a black soccer backpack was stolen. No suspect information is available at this time.</p>

Theft: It was reported at 9:08 p.m. that three televisions were stolen from a business in the 17200 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Theft: At 12:18 p.m., Redmond police responded to a theft report of two bicycles from an apartment complex in the 16500 block of Northeast 35th Circle.<br />
Vehicle theft: It was reported at 10:34 a.m. that a locked company vehicle — a 1998 white Ford van — was stolen overnight from the rear parking lot behind a restaurant in the 16600 block of Redmond Way.<br />
DUI: At 2:10 a.m., Redmond police arrested a 30-year-old Redmond man for suspicion of driving under the influence in the 15300 block of Redmond Way.</p>
<p>Saturday, April 14<br />
DUI: Redmond police arrested two people for suspicion of driving under the influence — one at 11:17 p.m. on State Route 520 and Avondale Road and another at 11:08 p.m. on the corner of Avondale Road and Novelty Hill Road.<br />
Drugs theft: An employee at an assisted living facility in the 14400 block of Redmond Way reported a theft of prescription medication at 9:26 p.m.</p>

Theft: Redmond police responded to a 9:14 p.m. report of a stolen bicycle in the 17200 block of Redmond Way. There are no suspects.<br />

Burglary: At 9:31 p.m., Redmond police investigated a possible burglary of an apartment in the 18600 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Theft: Redmond police investigated a 6:06 p.m. report of a stolen camera in the 15500 block of Northeast 53rd Place.<br />
DUI: Redmond police responded to a non-injury collision at 12:48 p.m. in the 8600 block of 160th Avenue Northeast. One of drivers — a 21-year-old Bellevue man — showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody for investigation of driving under the influence. Charges are pending.<br />
Car prowls: There were three reports of vehicle prowls at an apartment complex in the 6400 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway.<br />
Burglary: At 10:30 a.m., Redmond police investigated a burglary in the 2400 block of 175th Avenue Northeast. It appeared that someone has sprayed a fire extinguisher all over the floor. There are no suspects or evidence.</p>
<p>Sunday, April 8<br />
False alarm?: Redmond police investigated a commercial alarm at 8 p.m. in the 15300 block of Northeast 24th Street.<br />
Theft: At 2:38 p.m., Redmond police responded to a report of a stolen license plate in the 8500 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond Police arrested a 27-year-old Snoqualmie man and a 28-year-old North Bend man at 2:46 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.</p>
<p>Saturday, April 7<br />
Suspicious fire: Redmond Police and Fire Departments responded to a suspicious fire outside the Archstone apartment complex in the 4300 block of 156th Avenue Northeast. There were no injuries. The fire was started in some kind of container and cause some damage to a building&#8217;s siding and door, according to police spokesman Mike Dowd. The cause of the fire is still unknown and the case is currently under investigation by the police and fire departments, according to Dowd.<br />
DUIs: Redmond police arrested a 22-year-old Redmond man on suspicion of driving under the influence at 4:38 a.m. in the 8300 block of 164th Avenue Northeast. Earlier, police arrested a 27-year-old Oklahoma man on suspicion of driving under the influence at 1:44 a.m. in the 16100 block of Redmond Way.</p>

Shoplifting: At 5:54 p.m., Redmond police responded to a shoplift in progress at a business in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Drugs: Redmond police cited a man with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5:26 p.m. in the 11100 block of 132nd Avenue Northeast.<br />
Theft: Cooper wire was reported stolen from a commercial business in 8500 block of 192nd Avenue Northeast at 7:18 a.m.</p>

Traffic infractions: At 8:22 p.m., a vehicle was stopped in the 16700 block of Northeast 40th Street of Overlake for speeding and the driver was found to have a canceled driver’s license and canceled vehicle registration from out of state.<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to two reports of theft in the Grass Lawn neighborhood. At 10:52 a.m., a complainant reported a theft of property from an open rear parking lot behind a business overnight. At 4:30 p.m., it was reported that metal fence panels were stolen from outside a business in the middle of the night.<br />
Harassment: Redmond police responded to two reports of harassment. The first came at 11:46 a.m. in the Grasslawn neighborhood. The victim reported possible email harassment has occurred this past month directed at her. The second came from Overlake at 11:53 a.m. for domestic violence-related harassment.</p>

Stolen vehicle recovery: A Redmond stolen vehicle was located at 11:15 p.m. in the 17800 block of Northeast 95th Street.<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to a 9:41 p.m. report of a stolen wallet in the 16000 block of Northeast 36th Way.<br />
Burglary: Redmond police responded to a 3:40 p.m. report of a burglary in the 6300 block of 137th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Fraud: A man who lives in the 6200 block of 146th Avenue Northeast called police at 2:37 pm. to report that an unknown person fraudulently used funds from his checking account on an online poker site.<br />
Assault: Redmond police responded to a domestic disturbance at 12:55 p.m. in the 16900 block of Northeast 104th Street and a suspect was arrested.<br />
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a 12:01 p.m. report of a burglary at a residence in the 14700 block of Northeast 65th Street. The victim came home to find some power tools missing. There is no suspect information.<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to a 7:58 a.m. report of stolen copper wire in the 3200 block of 157th Avenue Northeast.</p>

<p>Wednesday, March 7<br />
Vandalism: At 8:18 a.m., Redmond police took a report regarding damage to a piece of art at Anderson Park in the 7800 block of 168th Avenue Northeast downtown. According to Lt. Charlie Gorman, city parks staff reported that someone cut up the &#8220;tree socks&#8221; that were part of the Artificial Light art installation at the park. He said one sock was completely cut from the tree.<br />
Drug paraphernalia: At 10:32 p.m., Redmond police arrested a female driver in the Grasslawn neighborhood for possession of drug paraphernalia.<br />
Fraud: Redmond police received two reports of fraud. The first came at 8:10 a.m., from the 4700 block of 164th Place Northeast in Overlake regarding a fraudulent online purchase made last month for HP notebook computers, which were shipped to New York. The second came at 9:01 a.m. in the 15900 block of Northeast 85th Street downtown. A man had more than $3,200 worth of fraudulent charges to his credit card.<br />
Agency assistance: Redmond Police Department K9 Vader helped the Bellevue and Kirkland police departments during the early hours. At 12:46 a.m., Vader sniffed the exterior of a vehicle containing suspected narcotics in Bellevue in the 3700 block of 128th Avenue Southeast and gave a positive alert. The vehicle was impounded for a search warrant. About two hours later, Vader tracked down some evidence regarding an assault with a firearm call in Kirkland in the 6600 block of 130th Avenue Northeast. That investigation is still ongoing.</p>

Burglary: Redmond police responded to a reported burglary at a residence in the 10600 block of 184th Avenue Northeast at 10:58 p.m.</p>

<p>Friday, Feb. 24<br />
Robbery and assault: At 1:27 a.m., Redmond police investigated a shoplift at a grocery store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown. The suspect assaulted a clerk while attempting to flee and was apprehended by a K-9 unit. One additional person was arrested on scene.</p>
<p>Thursday, Feb. 23<br />
DUI: At 10:09 p.m., Redmond police arrested a male driver for driving under the influence in the 100 block of Redmond Way downtown.<br />
Shots fired: At 9:08 p.m., Redmond police responded to a residential neighborhood in the 14700 block of Northeast 76th Street in the Grasslawn neighborhood to investigate the sounds of shots being fired. Seven .40 caliber bullet casings were found in the street. No suspects were seen or identified. The bullet casings were collected and have been submitted for fingerprint analysis.<br />
Theft: Redmond police investigated the theft a boat and trailer in the 15700 block of Northeast 51st Street in the Grasslawn neighborhood.</p>
<p>Wednesday, Feb. 22<br />
Fraud: Redmond police received two reports of fraud. The first came at 7:57 p.m. from the 13800 block of Northeast 69th Street in the Grasslawn neighborhood regarding a fraudulent tax return. The second report came at 9:46 p.m. from a resident in the 4100 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway who reported a fraudulent check was cashed from his checking account.<br />
Stolen vehicle, ATM recovered: Investigation of a vehicle reported as abandoned at 11:04 a.m. in the 14600 block of Norhteast 65th Court resulted in the recovery of an unreported stolen rental van and an accompanying ATM.<br />
Suspicious Circumstance: Redmond police were contacted at 3:40 a.m. about a vehicle with its keys in the ignition and the doors unlocked in the 7200 block of 166th Avenue Northeast. The driver could not be located so the keys were taken and entered into safekeeping and the vehicle was secured.<br />
Burglary: At 2:29 a.m., Redmond police responded to an alarm at a business in the 8600 block of 161st Avenue Northeast on Education Hill. Further investigation revealed a burglary had been committed.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Feb. 21<br />
Stolen vehicle recovered: Seattle police contacted Redmond police regarding a stolen vehicle that was recovered in their the 200 block of Bell Street in their city.<br />
Vandalism: At 11:11 a.m., Redmond police responded to a report of damage (broken windows) that occurred to a vacant commercial building in the 183000 block of Redmond Way downtown sometime during the past few days. No suspect information is available at this time.<br />
Drug package: Redmond police contacted UPS security about a package containing marijuana at 3:56 a.m. at the UPS facility in the 18000 block of Union Hill Road. The package was entered into evidence for destruction. There is no suspect information at this time.</p>

<p>Thursday, Feb. 16<br />
DUI: At 1:11 a.m., Redmond police arrested the driver of a vehicle for driving under the influence in the 2400 block of 148th Avenue Northeast in Overlake and driving with a suspended license.</p>
<p>Wednesday, Feb. 15<br />
Robbery: At 7:21 p.m., Redmond police responded to a report of a robbery in an apartment complex in the 9800 block of Avondale Road on Education Hill.<br />
Assault: At 6:37 p.m., Redmond police responded to a report of an assault on a juvenile at a park in the 8400 block of 161st Avenue Northeast downtown. The adult suspect can be identified. The case is currently under investigation.<br />
Illegal dumping: At 2:50 p.m., it was reported that unknown suspect(s) dumped a sofa, litter and other yard debris on private property in the 8300 block of 140th Avenue Northeast.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Feb. 14<br />
K9 assistance: Kirkland police requested assistance from Redmond police&#8217;s K9 Unit with a warrant suspect who was known to run. The suspect was taken into custody at his residence in the 6600 block of 108th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Grand theft auto: A company-owned pickup truck was reported stolen 12:12 p.m. while parked in front of a business in the 2400 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast.<br />
Theft: At 7:59 a.m., it was reported that a $100 bill was taken from a cash bag from a hospital in the 8900 block of the 161st Avenue Northeast on Education Hill.<br />
Trespass: At 6:38 a.m., Redmond police responded to a report of an unwanted person at a business in the 15000 block of Northeast 20th Street in Overlake.<br />
Marijuana: Redmond police arrested two Arlington men — a 34-year-old and an 18-year-old — for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia on Redmond Way at 12:54 a.m.</p>

<p>Tuesday, Feb 14<br />
Marijuana: Redmond police arrested two Arlington men — a 34-year-old and an 18-year-old — for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia on Redmond Way at 12:54 a.m.</p>
<p>Monday, Feb. 13<br />
Theft: At 12:56 p.m., it was reported that temporary power cords were stolen from a construction site in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street.<br />
Vandalism: At 10:29 a.m., Redmond police investigated a report of vandalism to a vehicle parked behind a restaurant in the 16400 block of Northeast 74th Street.</p>
<p>Sunday, Feb. 12<br />
Suspicious circumstances: Redmond police escorted a transient out of a weight room of an apartment complex in the 16300 block of Northeast 83rd Street at 9:03 p.m.<br />
Burglary: Redmond police responded to a burglary report int he 5600 block of 154th Avenue Northeast at 2:41 p.m.</p>
<p>Saturday, Feb. 11<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a shoplifting suspect in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road at 4:09 p.m.</p>
<p>Friday, Feb. 10<br />
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a 4:35 p.m. report of a residential burglary in the 11600 block of 172nd Avenue Northeast.<br />
Theft of mail: Redmond police responded to a mail theft report at 4:33 p.m. at a residence in the 18600 block of Northeast 53rd Street.<br />
Bike bandit: It was reported at 3:36 p.m. that a young girl&#8217;s bicycle was stolen from the 9700 block of 164th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Narcotics stolen: At 11:44 p.m., a man who lives in the 10800 block of 132nd Avenue Northeast reported that someone broke into his house five day earlier and stole narcotic medication from the master bedroom.<br />
Burglary: A woman who lives in the 4000 block of West Lake Sammamish interrupted a burglary at her apartment before anything was stolen. She could not describe the suspects because they were wearing hooded coats.<br />
Vehicle prowls: There were two vehicle prowl reports in downtown. The first one was reported at 8:37 a.m. in the 15700 block of Bear Creek Parkway, where a large plastic storage box, containing survival equipment, including an old gun, was stolen. The second vehicle prowl was reported at 8:42 a.m. in the 18600 block of Northeast 55th Way, where a wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. The victim&#8217;s debit card was used to make fraudulent withdrawals in Kirkland. </p>

<p>Thursday, Feb. 9<br />
Fraud: At 10:37 p.m., a man in the 16300 block of Northeast 83rd Street reported his email account had been used to open up a fraudulent eBay account.<br />
Burglary: At 4:39 p.m., Redmond police took a burglary report in the 19100 block of Northeast 64th Way downtown. There is no suspect information.<br />
Vehicle prowl: At 2:35 p.m., Redmond police investigated a motor vehicle prowl in the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast.<br />
Vandalism: At 11:12 a.m., Redmond police investigated a report of vandalism to a company&#8217;s vehicle at a business in the 18000 block of Northeast 68th Street downtown.</p>
<p>Wednesday, Feb. 8<br />
Shoplifting: There were two reports of shoplifting — one at a store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way and another in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road. A teenage girl was arrested for the report on Union Hill Road and police could not find the suspect for the other report.<br />
Burglaries: There were two reports of burglaries on Education Hill. The report came in at 2:22 p.m. from a residence in the 8200 block of 171st Avenue Northeast. The front door had been smashed in. The second report, at 4 p.m., was in the 17100 block of Northeast 88th Street, where a window was broken using a large rock.</p>

<p>Tuesday, Feb. 7<br />
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a residential burglary at 11:29 p.m. in the 15700 block of Northeast 65th Street, where a rear sliding door was smashed open. No items were stolen from the residence and there is no suspect information.<br />
Theft: A guest at a Redmond hotel in the 17600 block of Redmond Way reported at 1:37 p.m. that some electronic items were stolen.<br />
Vehicle prowls: There were two vehicle prowl reports in the 8500 block of 148th Avenue Northeast of the Grasslawn neighborhood.</p>
<p>Monday, Feb. 6<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to a report of a theft at a park in the 8400 block of 161st Avenue Northeast at 6:20 p.m. An expensive camera and other miscellaneous items were stolen.<br />
Bicycle theft: A bicycle was reported stolen at 3:52 p.m. from downtown in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street.</p>

<p>Sunday, Feb. 5<br />
Recovered stolen vehicle: At 11:51 p.m., Redmond police recovered an unoccupied stolen vehicle in the 15000 block of Northeast 24th Street.<br />
DUI: Redmond police arrested a 51-year-old woman for suspicion of driving under the influence during an investigation of a traffic collision at 7:45 p.m. near the corner of Avondale Road and Northeast 104th Street.<br />
Theft: A Fall City woman called police at 6:11 p.m. to report that someone stole her wallet while she was getting a massage at Redmond business in the 16400 block of Northeast 74th Street.<br />
Theft: A man called police at 10:13 a.m. to report that his large black suitcase, containing financial real estate documents was stolen from his locked vehicle in the 15800 block of Bear Creek Parkway. There was no sign of forced entry, according to the police report.<br />
Dumpster fires: There were two reports of dumpster fires in the Education Hill neighborhood. The first one was reported at 5:23 p.m. in the 8300 block of 165th Avenue Northeast. The second was reported 10 minutes later in the 16100 block of Northeast 87th Street. &#8220;Unfortunately, I don&#8217;t have much more information than that other than they were reported and they were put out pretty quickly,&#8221; said Redmond police spokesman Jim Bove.<br />
DUI: Redmond police arrested a 30-year-old man for suspicion of driving under the influence near the corner of Redmond Way and 140th Avenue Northeast at 1:27 a.m.</p>
<p>Saturday, Feb. 4<br />
Disorderly conduct: Redmond police arrested a 36-year-old Redmond man for disorderly conduct and obstruction at 9:04 p.m. in the 17200 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested and released a suspect at 4:47 p.m. for a reported shoplift in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.<br />
DUI: Redmond police arrested a 25-year-old Kirkland woman for suspicion of driving under the influence at 2:05 a.m. on Northeast 24th Street.</p>
<p>Friday, Feb. 3<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to two shoplifting reports — one in downtown and another in Overlake. In both incidents, the suspect was arrested and released.<br />
Assault: A junior high student struck a fellow classmate who he said had teased him at school in the 13500 block of Northeast 75th Street at 11:24 a.m.<br />
Bicycle theft: At 9:13 a.m., a man reported that his bicycle was stolen in the 8200 block of 161st Avenue Northeast.</p>

Car prowl: At 2:54 p.m., Redmond police investigated a motor vehicle prowl in the 11300 block of 183rd Place Northeast on Education Hill.<br />
Thefts and shoplifting: Redmond police responded to five reports of theft or shoplifting. There was a report of food theft from a restaurant in the 7200 block of 164th Avenue Northeast. Suspects can be Identified and the case is still under investigation. There was a report of an internal theft at a business in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast. An employee was arrested and booked for theft. A purse was stolen in the 15900 block of Northeast 85th Street. Police responded to the report of an in-progress shoplift from a department store in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road. A wallet and cell phone were taken from a school&#8217;s classroom in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street on Eduction Hill.</p>

<p>Wednesday, Feb. 1<br />
Assault: At 11:09 p.m., Redmond police investigated an assault at a movie theater in the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast on Education Hill.<br />
Disturbance: At 7:46 p.m., Redmond police responded to a report of an altercation at a local apartment complex in the 6200 block of 137th Place Northeast in the Grasslawn neighborhood. One of the involved parties was seen leaving the apartment with a handgun. All involved parties were subsequently accounted for and the gun was not recovered.<br />
Suspicious circumstance: At 8:39 a.m., Redmond resident reported a possible burglary attempt in the 18500 block of Northeast 57th Street downtown.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Jan. 31<br />
Stolen bicycle: At 8:06 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report of a bicycle theft that occurred in a secured parking garage at a local apartment complex in the 8800 block of Redwood Road.<br />
Recovered stolen vehicle: At 9:24 a.m., a stolen vehicle was recovered in the 17300 block of Northeast 24th Street.<br />
Threat: At 8:06 a.m., Redmond police investigated a report of threats in the 14200 block of Northeast 75th Street.<br />
Vehicle prowls: Redmond police responded to seven reports of vehicle prowls. Two were from the Overlake neighborhood, four were from Education Hill and one was from the Grasslawn neighborhood. An iPod, mp3 player, radar detector and sunglasses were among items taken.</p>
<p>Monday, Jan. 30<br />
Theft: There was a theft report at 7:16 p.m. in the 15700 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Vehicle prowl: It was reported at 12:28 p.m. that an unknown suspect stole some items from a car parked in an apartment garage in the 15800 block of Bear Creek Parkway.</p>

<p>Sunday, Jan. 29<br />
Drugs: Redmond police arrested a 29-year-old Sultan woman for &#8220;several drug-related crimes&#8221; at 9:27 p.m. in the 9900 block of Avondale Road, according to the police report.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a 38-year-old Sultan man for shoplifting at a store in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road at 1:42 p.m.</p>
<p>Saturday, Jan. 28<br />
Burglary: Redmond police responded to a 2:08 p.m. report of a burglary at a residence in the 18500 block of Northeast 57th Way. There are no suspects at this time.<br />
Wrong plates: Stolen plates from another jurisdiction were recovered by Redmond police from a parked vehicle in the 15000 block of Northeast 24th Street at 1:41 a.m. The driver of the vehicle was unaware her valid platers were replaced by the stolen plates. There is no suspect information at this time.</p>
<p>Friday, Jan. 27<br />
Assault: Redmond police investigated an assault at around 5 p.m. at a park in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street. The assault involved two girls who attend Redmond High School (RHS). The information about the two girls was forwarded to the RHS student resource officer for further investigation.<br />
Burglary: At 4:08 p.m., Redmond police arrested a 17-year-old boy for burglarizing his neighbors&#8217; house of electronic items and alcohol in the 2200 block of 173rd Avenue Northeast. The burglary happened the night before and following the burglary, the victim contacted his neighbors to let them know what happened, according to Jim Bove, police spokesperson. Then on Friday, the neighbors found stolen items in their son&#8217;s room and told the victim. The stolen items were returned, but some of the alcohol had already been consumed, Bove said.</p>

<p>Thursday, Jan. 26<br />
Obstructing: At 10:29 p.m., a man was arrested in the 18100 block of Redmond Way downtown for obstruction and possession of drug paraphernalia.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to two shoplifting reports in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown. The first was at 3:14 p.m. The second report at 9:39 p.m. Police responded to a shoplift in progress. One suspect was arrested along with a friend who picked him up.<br />
Assault: At 9:45 a.m., Redmond police responded to an assault report in the 7300 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway. The victim reported that two unknown suspects pushed him to the ground from behind, while he was walking back to his vehicle behind a Redmond business.<br />
Marijuana possession: At 1:13 a.m., Redmond police conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested the driver for possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.</p>
<p>Wednesday, Jan. 25<br />
Suspicious circumstance: Redmond police arrested a local transient with alcohol at 7:07 p.m. in a park in the 7800 block of 168th Avenue Northeast downtown.<br />
Theft: At 3:27 p.m., Redmond police investigated a theft complaint at Novelty Hill Road and Avondale Road. Police also resounded to a 11:48 a.m. call about a suspicious circumstance involving the purchasing of a tampered product in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street. There are no leads at this time.<br />
Assault: Redmond police arrested a 28-year-old Redmond man at 1:07 a.m. after he allegedly assaulted his wife at an apartment complex in the 16600 block of Northeast 34th Circle.<br />
DUI: Redmond police arrested a 53-year-old man at 12:40 a.m. for suspicion of driving under influence following a traffic stop in the 16900 block of Redmond Way.</p>

Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a 27-year-old Redmond man at 8:11 p.m. for allegedly stealing beer from a grocery store in the 15800 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Harassment: At 6:42 p.m., Redmond police investigated a telephone harassment complaint in the 9800 block of Avondale Road.<br />
Trespassing: At 4:19 p.m., Redmond police arrested a 51-year-old transient for trespassing in the 15800 block of Redmond Way.<br />
DUI: Redmond police arrested a Bellevue woman for suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop near the corner of Redmond Way and 185th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Bicycle theft: At 10:52 a.m., a resident reported that sometime during last weekend, an unknown person cut a lock and stole a bicycle from a parking garage in the 8200 block of 161st Avenue Northeast.<br />
Vehicle prowls: There were two reports of vehicle prowls in Overlake and another downtown at a gym in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast.<br />
Where&#8217;s the driver?: At 6:05 a.m., Redmond police responded to a report of a running vehicle with the keys in the ignition in the 9000 block of Avondale Road. The vehicle was secured and the keys were placed in evidence for safekeeping.</p>
<p>Monday, Jan. 23<br />
Theft: Redmond police investigate a theft report at 4:15 p.m. in the 15900 block of Northeast 85th Street.<br />
Illegal dumping: There was a 12:17 p.m. report of illegal dumping in the 14600 bock of Northeast 95th Street.<br />
Fraud: Redmond police responded to a fraud report at noon in the 8700 block of 160th Avenue Northeast, where an unknown person opened a checking account in the victim&#8217;s name.<br />
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a burglary report at 8:51 a.m. in the 9000 block of 151st Avenue Northeast, where a safe was stolen.</p>

<p>Sunday, Jan. 22<br />
Out of control: Redmond police arrested a 27-year-old Redmond man at 9:48 p.m. for investigation of making threats, assault and reckless endangerment in the 9800 block of Avondale Road.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to a 2:22 p.m. theft report at a business in the 17100 block of Redmond Way. The suspects were already gone when police arrived.<br />
Vandalism: A mother reported at 1:24 p.m. that her son burglarized her home in the 2900 block of 181st Avenue Northeast. He was eventually arrested for suspicion of domestic violence malicious mischief.</p>
<p>Saturday, Jan. 21<br />
Snowy joy ride: At 8:29 a.m., it was reported that an unknown person took a company vehicle for a joyride in the snow in the 4600 block of 148th Avenue Northeast, ran into pallets of steel tubes, locked the vehicle and then ran away.<br />
Vandalism: It was reported at 7:59 a.m. that windows on the east side of a school in the 3000 block of 180th Avenue Northeast were tagged with white paint.</p>
<p>Friday, Jan. 20<br />
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a burglary at a church in the 11500 block of 162nd Avenue Northeast at 2:53 p.m.<br />
DUI: A 34-year-old Sammamish man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at 1:44 p.m. in the 7800 block of Leary Way.</p>

Vandalism: At 9:55 p.m., a man in the 15600 block of Northeast 112th Street on Education Hill was arrested for domestic violence-related malicious mischief and an alcohol offense.<br />

Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a local juvenile male for shoplifting at 3:17 p.m. in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown.<br />
Fraud: At 8:49 a.m., Redmond police investigated a report for ATM fraud in the 16400 block of Northeast 74th Street downtown. The incident is linked to a fraud case out of Pullman. Police also responded to a fraud report at 3:39 p.m. on Education Hill. The victim reported her purse stolen in another city and her credit cards were later used in Redmond.</p>

Vehicle theft: Redmond police responded to a 12:40 p.m. report of a stolen vehicle at an apartment complex in the 2500 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast.<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to an 8:42 a.m. report of a stolen tow dollying for a business in the 8500 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast.<br />
Vandalism: At 2 a.m., Redmond police responded to Redmond High School where a vehicle was heard to be driving erratically in the parking lot. Police contacted the teenagers in the vehicle and then gave the names of the teenagers to the high school&#8217;s School Resource Officer (SRO).</p>
<p>Monday, Jan. 16<br />
Vehicle prowl: Redmond police investigated a 12:03 p.m. report of a car prowl in the 6200 block of 188th Place Northeast.<br />
Burglary: At 11:33 a.m., Redmond police investigated a burglary of an outdoor storage shed at an assisted living residence in the 14400 block of Redmond Way.</p>
<p>Sunday, Jan. 15<br />
Domestic dispute: Redmond Police responded to a domestic dispute at 6:52 a.m. in the 9300 block of Avondale Road. A 19-year-old Redmond woman was arrested.</p>
<p>Saturday, Jan. 14<br />
Domestic violence: An 18-year-old Redmond man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence assault at 12:12 a.m. in the 9300 block of Avondale Road.<br />
Burglary:<br />
8:09 p.m., 15600 block of NE 40th St.: A resident who lives in the 15600 block of Northeast 40th Street reported an attempted break-in of his apartment at 8:09 a.m. Three suspects fled, two Bellevue men were caught and arrested, and a stolen car and stolen handgun were recovered. </p>

<p>Wednesday, Jan. 11<br />
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a 2:05 p.m. report of a burglary at a construction site in the 1200 block of 164th Circle Northeast.<br />
Shoplifting: There were two shoplifting reports at a grocery store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way — one at 1:43 p.m. and another at 2:35 p.m.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Jan. 10<br />
Fraud: Redmond police investigated a 1:50 p.m. report of an attempted fraud at a residence in the 8600 block of 139th Avenue Northeast. Someone posted the house for rent without permission.<br />
Vehicle prowl: At 12:44 p.m., a woman reported that her vehicle was prowled in the 15000 block of Northeast 116th Street while she was on a bike ride with friends.<br />
Hot wheels: Redmond police investigated two different theft reports at the same apartment complex garage between 10 and 10:30 a.m. in the 6400 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway. A total of eight tires from two different vehicles were stolen. The first report came in at 10:03 a.m. and the second at 10:25 a.m.</p>
<p>Monday, Jan. 9<br />

Suspicious key: A man who lives in the 6300 block of 158th Circle Northeast returned from a two-day trip at 1:55 a.m. and found a strange key sitting on top of his dresser. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing was missing.<br />
Fraud: Redmond police investigated a 10:07 p.m. fraud report in which a man who lives in the 7800 block of 170th Place Northeast sent more than a $1,000 to someone claiming to be in the United Kingdom.<br />
Theft: A bicycle was reported stolen from the 18600 block of Redmond Way at 11:55 a.m.</p>

<p>Sunday, Jan. 8<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to a theft report at 2:42 p.m. in the 8500 block of 148th Avenue Northeast. There are no suspects at this time.<br />
Marijuana: A man was found to be in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop near the corner of Northeast 70th Street and Redmond Way at 1:57 a.m.<br />
DUI: A 31-year-old Bellevue man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he was pulled over by Redmond police for impeding traffic flow on West Lake Sammamish Parkway near Leary Way at 1:26 a.m.</p>
<p>Saturday, Jan. 7<br />
Trespass: Redmond police responded to a 7:22 p.m. report of a trespass at an apartment complex in the 15800 block of Bear Creek Parkway. A resident&#8217;s ex-boyfriend was on her balcony and set off the fire sprinklers before leaving.<br />
Fast getaway: At about 5:30 p.m., two teenage boys walked out of a store in the 16400 block of Cleveland Street with stolen merchandise. An employee ran after the teens as they jumped into a silver Volkswagon Golf GTI, which was already running and had two more males inside, according to Jim Bove, police spokesman. The employee opened the driver&#8217;s side door and attempted to remove the keys from the ignition. As he did that, the driver began driving away and the employee let go as the car drove away, Bove said. The two teens who entered the store are both white; one is approximately 6-feet, 150-160 pounds and the other is 5-11 about 200-220 pounds, according to Bove. The investigation is ongoing.<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to a report of a theft at a business in the 16400 block of Northeast 74th Street at 3:18 p.m. An employee is suspected of taking money from his manager&#8217;s purse, according to the police report.<br />
Burglary: A business owner in the 10400 block of Willows Road reported at 6:24 a.m. that someone entered his business through the rear door and stole a 50-inch flat-screen television and standalone ATM machine. The investigation is still ongoing.</p>
<p>Friday, Jan. 6<br />
Fraud: Redmond police responded to a residence in the 17100 block of Northeast 83rd Circle at around 6:45 p.m. for a report of fraudulent activity found on their credit card.</p>

Fraud: Redmond police investigated a fraud report at 8:14 p.m. in the 15600 block of Northeast 106th Way. The investigation is ongoing.<br />
Phone harassment: Redmond police investigated a phone harassment complaint at 5:33 p.m. in the 2100 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Theft: Redmond police investigated a theft of scrap metal at 2:15 p.m. in the 8800 block of 148th Avenue Northeast. The investigation is ongoing.<br />
Vehicle prowls: There were four reports of vehicle prowls, including three involving unlocked vehicles, on Education Hill between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. </p>
<p>Monday, Jan. 2<br />
Harassment: Redmond police investigated a harassment complaint at 8 p.m. in the 8900 block of 161st Avenue Northeast.<br />
Vandalism: Redmond police arrested a 28-year-old Sammamish woman for intentionally damaging another person&#8217;s truck in the parking lot of a grocery store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way at 7:21 p.m.<br />
Burglary: It was reported at 3:49 p.m. that an unknown suspect entered a person&#8217;s apartment in the 8500 block of 148th Avenue Northeast and stole personal property.<br />
Vehicle prowls: There were four reports of vehicle prowls in the Grasslawn neighborhood between 6 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.<br />
Theft: A man who lives in the 9600 block of 174th Place Northeast reported at 2:10 p.m. that two packages left on his porch while he was out of town for the holidays were stolen. He was able to recover part of the packing in a nearby neighborhood.<br />
Check cashed: A resident reported at 10:21 a.m. that a suspect cashed a personal check, which was stolen from her residence in the 3300 block of 181st Place Northeast.<br />
Noise complaint: Redmond police responded to a residence in the 18100 block of Northeast 105th Circle for a reported noise complaint at 12:13 a.m. The noise came from a juvenile party, which was broken up by police.</p>
<p>Sunday, Jan. 1<br />
Drugs: Redmond police arrested a 52-year-old Lakebay resident for drug possession in the 17900 block of Redmond Way at 12:56 p.m.<br />
Burglary: Sometime during the night, someone pried open the metal-framed glass front to a fast food restaurant in the 14700 block of Northeast 91st Street and stole the automatic change dispenser filled with coins. The cash drawer and safe were not damaged or tampered with.</p>

Theft: Redmond police responded to a 4 p.m. report of a purse theft at a business in the 17100 block of Redmond Way.</p>
<p>Friday, Dec. 30<br />
Theft: Redmond police investigated the possible theft of a portable Nintendo game system at 11:19 a.m. in the 9800 block of Avondale Road.<br />
Food thief: Redmond police investigated the theft of food from a grocery store at 3:44 p.m. in the 15000 block of Northeast 24th Street.</p>

Marijuana: Redmond police arrested a teenage boy after he was found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia at a park around midnight in the 18800 block of Northeast 116th Street.<br />
Bike theft: It was reported at 11:19 a.m. that a bicycle was stolen in the 15300 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Vehicle prowl: Redmond police took a vehicle prowl report at 7:13 a.m. in the 17200 block of Northeast 45th Street.</p>

Vandalism: Redmond police responded to an address in the Grasslawn neighborhood after a pedestrian broke the window of a passing vehicle in the 15400 block of Northeast 90th Street at around 5:30 p.m.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a man who stole items from a grocery store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way at around 3 p.m.</p>

Theft: Redmond police investigated a bicycle theft at a retail store in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street at around 1:15 p.m.<br />

<p>Sunday, Dec. 18<br />
Robbery attempt: A male taxi cab customer tried to steal money from a taxi driver at around 3 a.m. in the 18100 block of Northeast 95th Street, but was unsuccessful. The taxi cab driver dropped off the suspect at an apartment complex, where the suspect attempted to steal the driver&#8217;s money from his coat using physical force, according to Redmond Police Lt. Charlies Gorman. There was no weapon involved. After a failed attempt, the suspect ran away and he was not located. Presently, there are no leads, Gorman said<br />
Assault: Redmond police arrested a man for assaulting his roommate and damaging property at 1 a.m. in the 13800 block of Northeast 73rd Place. Police also arrested a teenage girl, who was &#8220;exhibiting signs of impairment in a public area,&#8221; according to the police report.<br />
Theft: Redmond police arrested a man for shoplifting in the 7500 block of 166th Avenue Northeast.</p>
<p>Saturday, Dec. 17<br />
Trespassing: Redmond police arrested four men for criminal trespassing at the former Group Health site in the 2700 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast.</p>
<p>Friday, Dec. 16<br />
Bad dog: Redmond police responded to an 8:39 p.m. report of a dog bite at a grocery store in the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast.<br />
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a residential burglary in the 7200 block of 137th Avenue Northeast at 5:11 p.m. Someone broke into the home and stole electronics. There is no suspect information.<br />
Theft: Redmond police arrested a woman for shoplifting at a store in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast at 2:39 p.m.<br />
DUI: At 3:44 p.m., Redmond police arrested a man for driving under the influence in the 16000 block of Redmond Way.</p>
<p>Thursday, Dec. 15<br />
DUI: At 10:13 p.m., Redmond police arrested a driver at Northeast 76th Street and 146th Avenue Northeast in the Grasslawn neighborhood for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.<br />
Embezzlement: Police responded to a report of an embezzlement at a local sandwich shop in the 17800 block of Redmond Way downtown. Unknown suspect(s) took approximately $400 from a safe over the period of a month.<br />
Bicycle theft: A citizen in the 4200 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway in Overlake called police at around 4 p.m. after finding his bicycle missing and presumably stolen. The case is under investigation.<br />
Dark Christmas: At 9:52 a.m., Redmond police took a report of a theft of Christmas lights from a local residence at the 10400 block of 180 Court Northeast on Education Hill. No suspect information at this time.</p>

Bicycle theft: Redmond police investigated a 4:28 p.m. report of a stolen bicycle at a department store in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street. The bike was stolen from the store&#8217;s bicycle rack.<br />
Theft: It was reported at 11:41 a.m. that a man stole two televisions from a store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way and then drove away.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Dec. 13<br />
Theft: A man left his backpack on the sidewalk near the corner of Redmond Way and 170th Avenue Northeast at around 4:30 p.m. and an unknown suspect stopped their vehicle and stole the backpack.<br />
Burglary: Someone entered a home in the 18200 block of Northeast 92nd Street sometime during the middle of the night through an unlocked door and stole a laptop computer.<br />
Car prowls: Redmond police received three car prowl reports — two downtown and one on Education Hill.</p>
<p>Monday, Dec. 12<br />
Theft: A wallet was reported stolen at 9:26 p.m. in the 2100 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested three women for shoplifting at a store in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast at around 6:30 p.m. All three women were booked and released and they will be charged through investigation.</p>

<p>Monday, Dec. 5<br />
Family theft?: A resident who lives the 16300 block of Northeast 99th Street reported missing jewelry at 11:40 a.m. and identified a relative as a possible suspect.<br />
Car prowls: There were four reports of vehicle prowls — one downtown, one on Education Hill and two in the Grasslawn neighborhood.</p>
<p>Sunday, Dec. 4<br />
Sinful purse snatcher: There were two reports of theft at a church in the 17900 block of Northeast 65th Street. At 10:38 p.m., a woman reported that her wallet was stolen out of her purse. The thief then used a credit card at a Fred Meyer store in Bothell. The investigation is ongoing. The other theft was reported at 8:35 p.m. and a purse was stolen.<br />
Trash or treasure?: Approximately 12,000 pounds of scrap metal was stolen from an outdoor unsecured dumpster bin in the 15100 block of Northeast 90th Street at around 1 p.m.<br />
Assault: A woman was arrested for assault at 10:59 a.m. after police responded to a domestic disturbance at an apartment complex in the 6000 block of 187th Place Northeast.<br />
Vehicle theft: At 10:01 a.m., it was reported that a 24-foot white international box van was stolen from a commercial warehouse in the 9300 block of 151st Avenue Northeast.</p>
<p>Saturday, Dec. 3<br />
DUIs: A man was arrested for DUI after police pulled him over for a traffic violation near Redmond Way and State Route 520 at 2:23 a.m. There was another DUI-related arrest in Overlake near 520 at 12:49 a.m.<br />
Back home: A missing juvenile boy was found in the 9800 block of Avondale Road at 1:47 a.m. and returned to his parents.</p>
<p>Friday, Dec. 2<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to two different shoplifting reports and made one arrest. The first call came in at 5:31 p.m. from a business in the 17900 block of Redmond Way and police arrested a man in that incident. Another call came in at 7:16 from a business in the 15800 block of Redmond Way. There are no suspects for this incident report at this time.</p>

<p>Wednesday, Nov. 30<br />
Burglary: Redmond police arrested a man for burglary in the 7200 block of 153rd Avenue Northeast in the Grasslawn neighborhood.<br />
Theft: Officers responded to a report of a theft at a restaurant in the 17100 block of Redmond Way downtown. An employee noticed his jacket was missing at the end of the day. The incident was caught on video surveillance.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police received two reports for shoplifting. The first was at 3:06 p.m. in the 8800 block of 161 Avenue Northeast. A man was arrested. An employee at a drug store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown reported a shoplift at 5:52 p.m.<br />
Vandalism: At 1:52 p.m., Redmond police received a report about a building in the 16600 block of Cleveland Street downtown that was vandalized.<br />
Suspicious circumstance: At 1:42 a.m., an individual in the 8800 block of Northeast 161st Avenue Northeast reported to the police that he and his friend were &#8220;jumped&#8221; by two males armed with handguns. The victims involved didn&#8217;t want to cooperate by providing more details of this case.<br />
Hit and run: At about 12:50 a.m., Redmond police investigated a hit-and-run traffic collision in the 16900 block of Northeast 80th Street on Education Hill.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Nov. 29<br />
Harassment: At around 9 p.m., Redmond police investigated the report of threats made towards a juvenile in the 18100 block of Northeast 95th Street on Education Hill.<br />
Suspicious circumstance: Redmond Police responded to a suspicious circumstance call at 3:38 p.m. on the corner of Northeast 61st Way and 148the Court Northeast in the Grasslawn neighborhood.<br />
Theft: Redmond police responded to a theft report at 8:28 a.m. from the 14700 block of Northeast 87th Street. There was no suspect information.<br />
Car prowls: Redmond police responded to three reports of car prowls. Two were from the Grasslawn neighborhood. The first came in from the 6200 block of 159th Place Northeast at 7:47 a.m. The second was at 8:45 a.m. from the 15600 block of Northeast 65th Street. The third car prowl report came in at 1:21 p.m. from a park in the 14900 block of Northeast 116th Street on Education Hill.</p>

<p>Monday, Nov. 28<br />
Burglary: Redmond police responded to two calls for burglaries. The first was at 11:09 p.m. in the 7500 block of 164th Avenue Northeast downtown. Someone broke into a hotel room while the tenant was on vacation. The second came at 11:11 p.m. from the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast in the Overlake neighborhood.<br />
Possession: A man was arrested around 5:30 p.m. for possessing liquor and drugs in a city park located in the 7800 block of 168th Avenue Northeast downtown.<br />
Car prowls: There were four reports of car prowls. Two were in the Overlake neighborhood. The first was at 9:20 a.m. in the 4200 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway. The second came in at 2:03 p.m. from the 17200 block of 168th Avenue Northeast. Police responded to a report of a car prowl that occurred within the previous 24 hours at an apartment. An iPod was stolen. No suspect information is known at this time. The third report came in at 12:26 p.m. from the 9800 block of Avondale Road on Education Hill. A man reported his vehicle had been entered and his tools were taken during the night. The fourth report came in at 3:37 p.m. from the 6200 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway downtown. Police investigated a theft of miscellaneous tools from the bed of a pick-up truck at an apartment complex. </p>
<p>Sunday, Nov. 27<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to a shoplifting in progress at 10:48 p.m. in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road downtown. The suspect was not located, but was later identified by the video.<br />
Assault: Redmond police responded to a call for a possible DUI at 9:58 p.m. to a residence in the 16600 block of Northeast 108 Place on Education Hill. The reporting party said her daughter was under the influence of drugs and was attempting to leave in her vehicle. After police arrived, the suspect assaulted an officer by striking him in the face. The suspect was transported to the hospital and will be charged through investigations.<br />
Fraud: At around 6 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report of fraud at a local residence in the 16800 block of Northeast 91st Street on Education Hill. The victim&#8217;s bank information was used to make an unauthorized online purchase.<br />
Grand theft auto: A report came in at 9:07 a.m. regarding vehicle that was stolen overnight while parked in victim&#8217;s driveway, located in the 10700 block of 151 Court Northeast on Education Hill.<br />
On the run: A man in the 18600 block of Redmond Way downtown reported at 8:44 a.m. that his girlfriend was fleeing the state with their children.</p>
<p>Saturday, Nov. 26<br />
Burglaries: Redmond police responded to four reports for burglaries downtown. Two came in from residences located on the 18600 block of Northeast 57th Way the first was at 3:57 p.m. The second was at 8:59 p.m. Two more came from residences on the 18600 block of Northeast 55th Way the first at 6:31 p.m. and the second at 7:17 p.m.<br />
Car prowls: There were three reports for car prowls. Two came from Education Hill. The first was at 9:49 a.m. in the 11700 block of 157th Avenue Northeast and the second was at 11:24 a.m. in the 9600 block of 172nd Avenue Northeast. The third report came from the 2500 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast in the Overlake neighborhood at 9:56 a.m. The victim reported his locked vehicle was prowled, sometime night the night before and his wallet was stolen. Victim closed his bank accounts prior to any fraudulent activity. No suspect information available at this time.</p>
<p>Friday, Nov. 25<br />
Marijuana: At 10:09 p.m., Redmond police contacted a vehicle occupied by three people in the 15200 block of Northeast 116th Street. Two occupants were found to be in possession of marijuana.<br />
Drugs: Redmond police responded to a disturbance in the 7100 block of 134th Avenue Northeast in the Grasslawn neighborhood at 8:56 p.m. One individual had an outstanding warrant and was arrested after a search incident revealed he was in possession of what is believed to be heroin. At 3:19 p.m., Redmond police investigated a report of drug activity at a local apartment complex in the 9400 block of Avondale Road on Education Hill.<br />
Theft: At 11:42 a.m., it was reported that in the 15900 block of Northeast 98th Street on Education Hill, a man&#8217;s unemployment check was fraudulently cashed at an unknown location.</p>
<p>Thursday, Nov. 24<br />
Car prowls: There were two reports of car prowls. The first came in at 3:51 p.m. in the 11900 block of 165th Place Northeast on Education Hill. Redmond Police investigated a report of a vehicle prowl in a local neighborhood. The suspect(s) broke the window and took items from inside. The second call came in at 5:09 p.m. and was also on Education Hill, in the 11700 block of 167 Place Northeast.<br />
Driving under the influence: Redmond police made two arrests for driving under the influence. The first was at 12:58 a.m. for reckless driving, driving under the influence and obstruction in the 16700 block of Northeast 87th Street on Education Hill. The second was at 2:50 a.m. for driving under the influence in the 13200 block of Old Redmond Road in the Grasslawn neighborhood.</p>
<p>Wednesday, Nov. 23<br />
Driving under the influence: Redmond police arrested a suspect for driving under the influence at 10:08 p.m. in the 16800 block of Redmond Way downtown.<br />
Car prowls: There were three reports of car prowls. The first came in at 4:24 p.m. A computer and cell phone was stolen from a vehicle from a car in the 4200 block of 162nd Avenue Northeast in the Overlake neighborhood. The second call came in at 6:47 p.m. for a car prowl in a business parking lot in the 16100 block of Northeast 87th Street on Education Hill. The victim&#8217;s front passenger window was smashed and a purse was stolen. The final call came in at 8:12 p.m. for a car in the 16500 block of Redmond Way downtown.<br />
Assault: At 1:42 p.m., Redmond police arrested a male in the 16200 block of Northeast 83rd Street for domestic violence assault, harassment and obstructing.<br />
Theft: Equipment from a health clinic located in the 16300 block of Northeast 87th Street on Education Hill was reported stole at 12:05 p.m.<br />
Robbery: At 10:42 a.m., Redmond police responded to a bank robbery in the 15100 block of Northeast 24th Street in the Overlake neighborhood.<br />
Malicious mischief: Redmond police investigated a report for malicious mischief at a local grocery store parking lot in the 15800 block of Redmond Way at 8:05 a.m.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Nov. 22<br />
Car prowls: There were five reports for car prowls. The first one came in at 9:03 a.m. and was in the 4300 block of 156th Avenue Northeast in the Overlake neighborhood. Two reports came in at 9:25 a.m. and 10:07 a.m. in the Grasslawn neighborhood in the 14600 and 14700 blocks of Northeast 95th Street. There was no suspect information. Two more reports came in from the Overlake neighborhood at 2:20 p.m. and 2:51 p.m. Both car prowls were in the 4400 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.<br />
Sticky situation: At 10:02 p.m., the victim reported that someone poured sugar into their vehicle&#8217;s gas tank, located in the 2500 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast.<br />
Suspicious circumstance: A citizen reported at 12:32 p.m. that he heard the sounds of people inside his residence in the 8300 block of 159th Place Northeast downtown.<br />
Fuel for thought: Suspects manipulated a gas pump in the 18000 block of Redmond Way downtown and obtained gas for free at 12:30 p.m. Video surveillance obtained.<br />
Theft: An employee in the 3700 block of 163rd Avenue Northeast in the Overlake neighborhood reported that his laptop was stolen at work at 12:25 p.m.</p>

<p>Monday, Nov. 21<br />
Theft: Copper wire that was not locked up was reported stolen at 9:17 a.m. from a construction site in the 18500 block of Union Hill Road.</p>
<p>Sunday, Nov. 20<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a 52-year-old woman for shoplifting at a store in the 15000 block of Northeast 24th Street at around 6:30 p.m.<br />
Burglary: At about 1 p.m., Redmond police recovered a stolen vehicle and box trailer that had been ransacked and abandoned in the 14500 block of Northeast 116th Street.<br />
Theft: Redmond police arrested a 41-year-old woman at 11:27 a.m. for shoplifting and subsequently charged with obstructing and possession of drug paraphernalia at a store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way.</p>
<p>Saturday, Nov. 19<br />
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a 3:37 p.m. report of a residential burglary in the 16300 block of Northeast 99th Street.<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a 55-year-old woman for shoplifting at department store in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast at around 2:30 p.m.</p>
<p>Friday, Nov. 18<br />
Reckless driving: Construction workers reported a reckless driver on Union Hill Road at 1:58 p.m. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p>Thursday, Nov. 17<br />
Assault: It was reported at 11:45 p.m. that a suspect broke a bathroom door and assaulted his fiancé in the 18600 block of Northeast 62nd Circle.<br />
Vehicle theft: A vehicle was reported stolen at 7:17 a.m. from an apartment complex in the 9300 block of Avondale Road.</p>

Trespass: Redmond police arrested an adult male for trespassing at a grocery store in the 8800 block of 161 Avenue Northeast on Education Hill.<br />
Vandalism: A citizen reported malicious mischief involving damage to his vehicle in the 15800 block of Leary Way.<br />
Theft: Redmond police received two calls for theft. The first was at a school in the 10000 block of 166th Avenue Northeast on Education Hill at 9:56 a.m. The second call came from a business a business in the 16600 block of Redmond Way downtown at 2:47 p.m.<br />
Car prowls: There three reports of car prowls made. The first was downtown in the 15700 block of Bear Creek Parkway at 9:18 a.m. The second was on Education Hill in the 10900 block of 156th Court Northeast at 10:16 a.m. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was prowled sometime during the night. The suspect(s) stole his bowling bag and work identification card. The third car prowl was at a business in the 7900 block of 178 Place Northeast at 8:13 p.m. There are no suspects at this time.</p>

<p>Sunday, Nov. 13<br />
Vandalism: Two vehicles were vandalized. The first was at 7:58 a.m. with a vehicle parked on a city street in the 14700 block of Northeast 76th Street in the Grasslawn neighborhood. The second was in the Overlake neighborhood in the 4800 block of 156th Avenue Northeast. The vehicle had a smashed passenger window. Nothing was taken or disturbed and the vehicle was still locked. No suspect information is available and no premise surveillance footage is available.<br />
Thefts: Redmond police responded to five reports of thefts or attempted theft. The first was theft of a propane tank from a local hospital in the 18100 block of Union Hill Road at 3:20 a.m. A possible suspect vehicle has been located. The second was an attempted theft, also in the 18100 block of Union Hill Road at 10:01 a.m.<br />
A bicycle was reported stolen from an apartment complex in the 15300 block of Redmond Way in the Grasslawn neighborhood.<br />
Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle taken from a department store parking lot in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road downtown at 2:08 p.m.<br />
A business in the 7500 block of 166th Avenue Northeast downtown had a cellular phone taken from a display rack at 6 p.m. The incident was captured on security cameras.</p>
<p>Saturday, Nov. 12<br />
Missing persons: Two reports for missing persons were made in the Overlake neighborhood. The first was at 2:02 p.m. by a mother in the 2600 block of 181st Avenue Northeast, who has not seen her 16-year-old son for several days. The second report was at 4:47 p.m. at a residence in the 18500 block of Northeast 25th Street for a missing juvenile. The juvenile was located and returned home with no incident.<br />
Car prowl: Redmond police responded to a car prowl in the parking lot of a movie theater in the 800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast. The passenger side window was smashed and an iPod was taken from the vehicle.<br />
Theft: It was reported at 1:22 p.m. that a vehicle in the 18600 block of Redmond Way was taken without the owner&#8217;s permission by unknown suspects.<br />
DUI: Redmond police made two arrests for individuals driving under the influence. The first was of a Seattle resident at 12:36 a.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 520. The second arrest was a male driver at 1:44 a.m., westbound on SR-520 to the 148th Avenue Northeast off ramp.</p>
<p>Friday, Nov. 11<br />
Vandalism: Redmond police responded to a call at 7:49 p.m. at a residence in the 17200 block of Northeast 24th Street in the Overlake neighborhood. The victim reported driving down the road and hearing a loud noise against her vehicle door. There was an indent, which looked like possibly a mark from a pellet gun. No suspect information is known at this time.<br />
Shoplifting: A woman was arrested for shoplifting wine from a grocery store in the 15800 block of Redmond Way at around 4 p.m.</p>
<p>Thursday, Nov. 10<br />
Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to two shoplifting calls. The first was at a business in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast in the Overlake neighborhood at around 4:30 p.m. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle that was later detained by police. One male was arrested for shoplifting. The vehicle was seized as evidence and towed to the Redmond Police Department. The case is currently under investigation.<br />
The second shoplifting call was from at a business in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street at around 6:50 p.m. Charges will be filed through an investigation.<br />
DUI: Redmond police responded to a collision at 5:11 p.m. in the 9900 block of Willows Road in the Grasslawn neighborhood. The causing driver was arrested a short time later for driving under the influence.<br />
Reckless endangerment: A shot was fired at a residence in the 6800 block of 149 Avenue Northeast in the Grasslawn neighborhood at around 4:45 p.m. The suspect was arrested for discharging a firearm within the city limits.</p>

<p>Wednesday, Nov. 9<br />
Suspicious circumstances: Redmond police stopped a vehicle at 1 a.m. in the 14800 block of Northeast 24th Street displaying a license plate tab belonging to another vehicle. Further investigation is required to see if the tab was stolen, the report said.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Nov. 8<br />
Slashed: A woman called police at 2 p.m. to report that her vehicle tire had been slashed while she was at work in the 8800 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.</p>
<p>Monday, Nov. 7<br />
Bike theft: At 10:22 a.m., it was reported that a mountain bike was stolen from the park-and-ride in the 16200 block of 83rd Street after the cable lock was cut.</p>
<p>Sunday, Nov. 6<br />
Suspicious circumstances: At 5:17 p.m., it was reported that a suspicious item was located at a religious center in the 17500 block of Northeast 67th Circle.<br />
Theft trouble times three: There were three reports of shoplifting, including one incident where police arrested a woman for three different charges. When police responded to the Sears in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast at around 3:30 p.m., they questioned the female suspect and discovered she was under the influence of methamphetamine. She was arrested for third-degree theft, possession of paraphernalia and third-degree driving with a suspended license. The other two shoplifting incidents were at a cellular phone store in the 7500 block of 166th Avenue Northeast and at a store in the 17100 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Car prowls in Grasslawn: There were two reports of car prowls in the 8500 block of 148th Avenue Northeast and another in the 7400 block of 139th Place Northeast.</p>
<p>Saturday, Nov. 5<br />
Missing person: Redmond police investigated a report of a missing person at 7:39 p.m. in the 16500 block of Northeast 37th Street. A husband got into an argument with his wife and left the house for the past two days without contacting her. There is no reason to believe there is concern for his danger, but his wife wants to ensure his safety if found, according to the report.</p>

Theft: At 11:51 a.m., a woman who works in the 9800 block of Willows Road reported that prescription medication and a gift card were stolen from her workstation.<br />
Suspicious circumstance: An employee at a Redmond hospital in the 18100 block of Union Hill Road called police at 1:19 a.m. to report seeing a person looking into vehicles that were parked in the hospital parking lot.</p>

Burglary: At 1:40 p.m., a realtor reported a burglary at an unoccupied house for sale in the 3800 block of West Lake Sammamish.</p>

Vandalism: Redmond police investigated an 8:29 p.m. report of a vandalized motorcycle in the 2600 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast. Possible suspect information was provided.<br />
Identity theft: Redmond police responded to a 4:38 p.m. identity theft report in the 16500 block of Northeast 44th Way, where two store credit lines were opened fraudulently.<br />
Graffiti: At 6:51 a.m., it was reported that graffiti was seen painted on walls at a school in the 3000 block of 180th Avenue Northeast.</p>

Theft: At 10:34 a.m., a man reported someone stole his garage-door remote from his unlocked vehicle in the 16200 block of Northeast 107th Circle.</p>
<p>Saturday, Oct. 29<br />
Theft: At 2:05 p.m., it was reported that someone stole a tool box and several tools from an unlocked truck bed in the 16500 block of Northeast 37th Street.<br />
Burglary: A man who lives in the 15400 block of Northeast 106th Way reported at 9:15 a.m. that someone broke into his locked garage and &#8220;took several items,&#8221; according to the police report.<br />
Assault: Redmond police responded to a 1:48 a.m. assault report at a bar near the corner of Leary Way and Cleveland Street. No suspect was identified.</p>
<p>Friday, Oct. 28<br />
Hit and run: A driver was arrested for suspicion of a hit and run after hitting a pedestrian with the vehicle near the corner of Northeast 85th Street and 166th AVenue Northeast.</p>

Shoplifting: Two teenage girls and woman were detained by store security and arrested by Redmond Police at 8:26 p.m. after they were caught shoplifting at a store in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast. </p>
<p>Tuesday, Oct. 25<br />
Fraud and forgery: Redmond police received a forgery report and two fraud reports. The first fraud report came in at 10:49 a.m. from a local resident who lives in the 15800 block of Northeast 24th Street and the second one was reported at noon involving an ATM fraud incident in the 16300 block of Northeast 83rd Street. The attempted forgery report came in at 6:15 a.m. from the 8700 block of 141st Circle Northeast.</p>

Trespassing: At 8:52 p.m., Redmond police arrested three men for criminal trespassing in the 2700 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast.<br />
Stolen bikes: Redmond police investigated two different reports of stolen bikes — one in the 9900 block of Willows Road and another in the 4200 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway.<br />
Vehicle prowl: Redmond police responded to a 2:13 p.m. report of a car prowl in the 16200 block of Redmond Way.</p>
<p>Saturday, Oct. 22<br />
Domestic dispute: Redmond police responded to a disturbance near a bar in the 7800 block of Leary Way at around 10:30 p.m. A woman was arrested for assaulting her husband.<br />
Hungry Canadian: An Ontario man was cited for reckless driving after he drove aggressively through traffic on the State Route 520 west bound entrance on West Lake Sammamish Parkway. He told police he was in a rush to get a meal.</p>
<p>Friday, Oct. 21<br />
Fraud: A man called police after he became suspicious when a rental home in the 15900 block of Northeast 95th Way was offered at far below market rates. The listing agent confirmed the residence was for sale only and not for rent.</p>

Double trouble: Redmond police responded to a burglary at a business in the 9100 block of 151st Avenue Northeast at around 11:30 p.m. While conducting an area check, an additional commercial building in the same block had also been broken into. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p>Monday, Oct. 17<br />
Assault: Redmond police responded to a 10:11 p.m. report of a physical domestic assault in the 15000 block of Northeast 24th Street. The suspect grabbed the victim’s wrist and caused pain. The suspect was arrested, booked and transported to the Issaquah Jail.</p>
<p>Sunday, Oct. 16<br />
DUI: Redmond police arrested a 30-year-old woman at around 2:30 a.m. for suspicion of DUI in the 18200 block of Avondale Road.</p>
<p>Saturday, Oct. 15<br />
Graffiti: Graffiti was found outside a business in the Overlake area at around 10:55 a.m.</p>
<p>Friday, Oct. 14<br />
False reporting: Redmond police are investigating a deliberate case of false reporting where a remote caller is attempting to harass residents in the 4000 block of 172nd Avenue Northeast by reporting criminal emergencies at their residences. Several recent cases are suspected to be connected.<br />
Forgery: At 12:05 p.m., a doctor who works in the 15400 block of Bel-Red Road reported that a patient attempted to obtain medication using a forged prescription.</p>

Robbery with a knife: A man carrying an eight-inch knife robbed another man of his money at the Bear Creek Park and Ride in the 17800 block of Union Hill Road Wednesday night. The man reported the crime at 11:25 p.m. and is working with Redmond police to develop a composite sketch of the suspect, according to police spokesman Jim Bove. </p>
<p>Tuesday, Oct. 11<br />
Drugs: Redmond police questioned two people in a parked car in the 1140 block of Avondale Road at around 12:30 a.m. Marijuana, paraphernalia and alcohol were found inside the vehicle. Charges are pending.</p>

Vandalism: A Redmond resident reported at 9:46 a.m. that street signs in the 9900 block of 171st Avenue Northeast were vandalized and defaced.</p>

Phone harassment: Redmond police investigated a 4:30 p.m. report of a telephone threat in the 10800 block of Red-Wood Road. The suspect and victim argued over the status of the suspect&#8217;s dogs and threats were allegedly made.<br />
Domestic violence: At 1:53 p.m., a Redmond woman was arrested for assault after she scratched and slapped her husband in the 8200 block of 161st Avenue Northeast.</p>

Drugs: Redmond police found a vehicle at a park in the 18800 block of Northeast 116th Street after the park had closed. The occupants of the vehicle were found smoking suspected marijuana.</p>

Assault: Redmond police investigated an assault at a bar in the 7800 block of Leary Way at 10:36 p.m.<br />
Stolen vehicle recovery: At 9:30 p.m., a vehicle reported stolen out of the King County Sheriff’s Office was located in the 16600 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Domestic violence: Redmond police responded to a 7:32 p.m. report of a disturbance at an apartment in the 7400 block of 159th Place. A person was arrested for suspicion of domestic violence.<br />
Bush man: A man was seen walking on the State Route 520 on-ramp at 148th Avenue Northeast with two bottles of wine at 12:50 a.m. He stumbled into the nearby bushes and found by Redmond police, intoxicated. He was arrested after he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and suspected marijuana. He was depressed and said he wanted to commit suicide.</p>
<p>Monday, Sept. 26<br />
Assault: A student at a school in the 10000 block of 166th Avenue Northeast reported an assault at 3:34 p.m. The case is still under investigation.<br />
Burglary: A Redmond couple who lives in the 2800 block of 183rd Avenue Northeast reported at 7:19 a.m. that their vehicle had been prowled and their garage had been burglarized while they were at home asleep.<br />
Vandalism: There were two reports of vandalism in the Overlake area. The first one was reported at 6:15 a.m. by a resident who discovered someone had spray painted on the windows of her vehicle in the 17200 block of Northeast 20th Place. Then at 7:10 a.m., it was reported that graffiti was spray painted on the garage doors of an unoccupied residence in the 17200 block of Northeast 24th Street.</p>

Car prowl: Redmond police investigated a 7:41 p.m. report of a vehicle prowl in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 17600 block of Redmond Way.<br />
Saturday, Sept. 24<br />
DUI: Redmond police arrested a 38-year-old man for suspicion of DUI after committing a traffic violation near the intersection of Avondale Road and Novelty Hill Road.</p>
<p>Friday, Sept. 23<br />
Car prowl: A man reported at 8:02 a.m. that his briefcase was stolen from his father-in-law’s locked vehicle in the 16500 block of Northeast 44th Way sometime during the night. The suspect gained entry by smashing a window.</p>

<p>Wednesday, Sept. 14<br />
Drugs: Two different people were arrested for marijuana possession by Redmond police. First a 24-year-old Redmond man was allegedly caught with less than 40 grams of marijuana in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast at around 9:30 p.m. About two hours later, an 18-year-old was arrested for possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana and minor in possession in the 10400 block of Red-Wood Road.</p>
<p>Tuesday, Sept. 13<br />
Animal cruelty: Redmond police investigated an animal abuse complaint at 8:33 p.m. in the 2000 block of 183rd Avenue Northeast. The victim’s cat was shot by a pellet gun and had to be euthanized because of the injuries.<br />
Suspicious circumstances: A resident who lives in the 14200 block of Northeast 64th circle reported at 11:36 a.m. that she found property from a vehicle prowl in her yard.</p>
<p>Monday, Sept. 12<br />
Tool time: It was reported at 9:31 a.m. that tools were stolen from a storage container in the 18600 block of Northeast 68th Street.<br />
Storm drained: Multiple storm drains were taken from outside a business in the 15300 block of Northeast 93rd Street, according to a 9:08 a.m. report to the police.<br />
Watch-less: Someone reported at 8:43 a.m. that a watch was stolen from an unlocked locker at a gym in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast.</p>
<p>Sunday, Sept. 11<br />
Theft: A woman reported at 9:47 a.m. that her nylon bag, containing her vehicle and house keys, was stolen from an unlocked locker at a pool facility in the 17500 block of Northeast 104th Street.<br />
Fraud: Personal checks were stolen from a mailbox in the 15700 block of Northeast 54th Way, according to a 9:21 a.m. report to police.</p>
<p>Saturday, Sept. 10<br />
Bike theft: Redmond police responded to a 5:36 p.m. report of a bike theft from an apartment complex in the 15700 block of Bear Creek Parkway.</p>
<p>Friday, Sept. 9<br />
Leave me alone: A man who lives in the 10800 block of Red-Wood Road reported at 10:34 p.m. that he was being harassed by an ex-girlfriend.<br />
Gun theft: At 2:32 p.m., a man who lives in the 9700 block of 166th Avenue Northeast reported that his loaded gun was stolen from his vehicle sometime during the past three months. He is unsure where the crime occurred.</p>
