Sunday, June 24
Warrant: At 11:28 p.m., Redmond police arrested a Bothell resident in the 2900 block of 148th Avenue Northeast in Overlake who had multiple misdemeanor warrants. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Assault: Redmond police investigated two reports of domestic violence and assault on Education Hill. The first came at 12:05 p.m. in the 15000 block of Northeast 116th Street. The second came at 5:13 p.m. from the 18100 block of Northeast 111th Street.
Saturday, June 23
Threats: At 9:27 p.m., Redmond police investigated threats made toward children and their adoptive parents in the 3000 block of 180th Avenue Northeast in Overlake.
Fraud: Redmond police investigated a fraud case at 7:36 p.m. involving counterfeit money in the 7500 block of 166th Avenue Northeast. The investigation is ongoing.
Graffiti: Redmond police received a report of graffiti on a trail in the 100 block of Bear Creek Parkway downtown at 11:41 a.m.
Friday, June 22
Shoplifting: At 10:53 p.m., Redmond police arrested two individuals for theft after several items were taken from a grocery store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown. Both individuals provided false names to the police and both individuals were subsequently found to have warrants for their arrest.
Marijuana: Redmond police sized a small amount of drugs in the 18000 block of Union Hill Road downtown at 9 a.m. after an attempt to mail them through UPS.
Trespass: Redmond police arrested an adult at 8:01 a.m. after they refused to leave the campus of a school in the 10000 block of 166th Avenue Northeast on Education Hill, despite being asked several times.
DUI: A Redmond driver was stopped at Northeast 95th Street and Avondale Road on Education Hill at 12:39 a.m. for various moving violations. She was placed into custody for investigation of driving under the influence and driving without a license.
Thursday, June 21
Suspicious Circumstance: At 10:38 p.m., Redmond police responded to assist the Redmond Fire Department in the 16600 block of Redmond Way downtown. The female subject had suspicious bruises on her arms. Subject refused to cooperate with the investigation.
Missing Person: A Redmond resident in the 3900 block of 172nd Avenue Northeast in Overlake reported their juvenile daughter as a runaway at 9:30 p.m.
Vehicle prowls: Redmond police responded to two vehicle prowl reports from the 17700 block of Northeast 90th Street on Education Hill. The first came at 7:30 a.m. The second report came at 7:18 p.m. Property was taken from an unlocked vehicle. No suspect information is available at this time.
Agency assistance: Redmond police responded to a domestic vehicle report. A female reported to being assaulted and choked as she was driving home from Snohomish County. The male left the area prior to officers’ arrival. Snohomish County responded and took over the case.
Narcotics: Redmond police conducted a traffic stop at 2:13 a.m. at Northeast 95th Street and Avondale Road in Education Hill in which a narcotics violation occurred.
Wednesday, June 20
Harassment: At 10:56 p.m., it was reported that a male in the 18500 block of Northeast 58th Court downtown has been harassing his neighbor.
Vehicle prowl: At 4:34 p.m., Redmond police responded to a report of a vehicle prowl that occurred sometime last week. A tennis racket was taken from the vehicle while it was parked in the downtown park and ride in the 16200 block of Northeast 83rd Street.
Fraud: Redmond police responded to a mail theft and check fraud report at 3:19 p.m. from the 4300 block of 171st Avenue Northeast in Overlake.
Shoplifting: At 1:01 p.m., Redmond police investigated the theft of groceries from a store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown. An unknown male fled on foot, leaving the groceries in the parking lot.
Burglary: A business in the 17900 block of Redmond Way downtown reported at 6:51 a.m. that an ATV had been taken overnight after the suspect(s) broke the through the fence.
Tuesday, June 19
Theft: At 10:48 p.m., an employee of a gas station in the 18000 block of Redmond Way reported that his vehicle was stolen while he was working.
Smoking pipe: At 9:42 p.m., a police officer poured water on a smoking piece of wood in a storm drain in the 10200 block of 160th Avenue Northeast.
Theft: Redmond police responded to a 1:13 p.m. theft report of a license plate in the 14700 block of Northeast 95th Street.
