The police blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the Redmond Police Department that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. The Redmond Reporter Police Blotter is not intended to be representative of all police calls originating in Redmond, which gets more than 500 calls (emergency and non-emergency) per week.

Abuse: Officers responded to Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland at 9:50 p.m. to investigate a case of possible elder abuse.
Thefts: Redmond police responded to two theft reports. The first came at 10:22 a.m. A business in the 18600 block of Northeast 65th Street downtown reported that Snoqualmie police had arrested two suspects with metal materials that were taken from their business. The metal was identified and there was a video surveillance recording of the reported theft. The case is still under investigation. The second report came at 4:03 p.m. from the 16700 block of Cleveland Street downtown. There is no suspect information.
Fraud: It was reported at 11:19 a.m. that an unknown suspect attempted to fraudulently access a victim’s credit account in the 3400 block of 175th Avenue Northeast in Overlake.
